True Flow Cold Air Intake Systems provide increased performance and better gas mileage by replacing the restrictive O.E. filter and intake tubes. These systems therefore eliminate the restrictive factory mufflers and resonators and provide increased cooler airflow to the engine.

True Flow Cold Air Intake Systems are fast and easy to install and one of the best performance upgrades for your vehicle. Unlike open air systems, True Flow uses the factory air box which protects the filter from debris and moisture while providing cooler air to the engine.

Cool air is denser and contains more oxygen molecules per unit volume than the same amount of warm air. By increasing the amount of oxygen, more power is produced. Open air intake systems, although better than the factory systems, tend to draw warm air from the engine therefore less power is produced.

True Flow Cold Air Intake Components: The low efficiency restrictive factory filter is replaced with a Lifetime Reusable High Flow Foam Filter. (See Flow Chart Data for the comparison between Factory, Foam and the Gauze Type Filters used by other companies). High Flow Mandrel Bent Steel Tubes with minimum bends replace the restrictive factory air intake tube. Tubes are then black wrinkle powder coated to protect from corrosion. Double Nylon Reinforced Silicone Rubber couplers are attached with Stainless Steel Worm clamps providing a secure fit. In about 30 minutes or less your installation is complete.
