You may order ONLINE 24 HOURS A DAY USING OUR SECURE SERVER or call our toll-free number at (800) 459-2122. You can also complete our Printable Order Form and fax it to (513) 459-7274.
PHONE ORDERS:
PMA accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa on phone orders. For best service, have all product and credit card information ready, then call (800) 459-2122 to place your order. Business hours are from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. We do not ship C.O.D.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERING:
Premier Motoring Accessories will accept and ship orders Internationally. International orders are orders which have a bill-to and/or ship-to address other than United States or Canada. A minimum purchase of $400.00 US is required for all International orders, excluding shipping & handling charges. (Canadian customers are excluded from the $400.00 minimum purchase.)
Monthly Specials and Promotional Discounts do not apply to International Orders.
All International orders must be placed via our website or Faxed to us at (513) 459-7274. Order Forms from our web site must be used for all faxed orders. Phone orders will not be accepted for International orders.
Orders using Credit Cards require the following information to be faxed to us.
- Front & Back of your Credit Card
- Photo I.D. such as Driver's License or Passport
- Copy of your last Credit Card Statement to verify your I.D. and address
Bank Wire Transfers: If you prefer to use this means of payment, we will email instructions to transfer the funds to our U.S. Bank. Additional bank charges may apply.
International Shipping & Handling Charges:
Orders will be shipped via FED EX, United Parcel Service or the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping Internationally is expensive. The cost is based upon weights and dimensions of the packages, plus the value for insurance. Items noted as Shipped by Truck cannot be shipped Internationally unless shipped through a Freight Forwarder in the U.S. You must make the shipping arrangements through a Freight Forwarder if desired.
Additional Shipping Charges may apply. Many of the manufacturer's we represent will not ship internationally. Therefore, we may have to order products to be sent to our warehouse for packaging and consolidation before shipment can be made. These shipping costs and Custom Order Item shipping costs will be additional. They should not exceed the cost as noted by each item on our web site. Note: Shipping costs for International orders will be emailed for customer's approval before shipment is made.
Brokerage, Customs, Taxes & Fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs clearance is governed by each country as well as their charges. If you want to find out what these charges will be please check with your local customs office. When you order from us you are considered the importer of record and must comply with the regulations of your country. Customers are also responsible for all shipping costs for packages that are refused due to Brokerage Fees, Taxes and Duties that you feel are unrealistic as charged by your country.
YOUR PRIVACY:
Premier Motoring Accessories does not provide any information about our customers or make our customer list available to anyone...period! The personal information we collect during the checkout process is used only for our own retail purposes and not used for advertising or marketing practices except where you select the option to receive our e-mail newsletter.
SAFE AND SECURE SHOPPING:
The security of your personal information is very important to us. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption on our servers to ensure your private information is secure and hidden during the checkout process. SSL scrambles (encrypts) all the information you enter into our checkout forms to make sure it securely travels from your computer to our servers. The "s" in "htts://" at the beginning of the web address during the entire checkout process tells you the page is a secure page. You can rest assured your private information is safe with us, and will be 100% removed from online storage once we process your order.
SHIPPING:
We always attempt to ship in-stock merchandise the same day the order is received, but you should allow 2 weeks for delivery except on special orders which may take up to 4 weeks. We hold orders paid by checks for up to 3 weeks to receive bank clearance. You will be notified if any item cannot be shipped within 4 weeks.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
S & H Charges listed by each item are for shipment within the Continental U.S. only. We use United Parcel Service, Federal Express and the U.S. Postal Service for shipping except those indicated TRUCK SHIPMENT. These items are too large and are shipped via COMMON CARRIER. Freight charges will be due at time of delivery, except where noted. When possible, provide a business address for Common Carrier shipments. Common Carriers will deliver to residential addresses for an additional home delivery charge.
Military Personnel Stationed Overseas:
We will ship to APO or FPO Boxes if the items are not too large to be sent via U.S. Mail.
UPS and Federal Express will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A street address is required for all orders.
Shipments Outside the Continental U.S.:
Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. We use UPS, FED EX and the U.S. Postal Service. Items marked TRUCK SHIPMENT cannot be shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Funds must be in U.S. Currency.
WE WANT YOU TO BE PLEASED:
All of our products are manufactured to fit the vehicles mentioned. If you have any questions as to how a product is installed, how it works, etc. we suggest you contact us prior to placing an order. If you are not happy with any product you have ordered, please call our Customer Service Department at 513-459-7374. In order to return a product, you must first receive a return authorization number within THIRTY DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE. Use the return authorization number to return the product to us for a refund, exchange or repair. This number must be written on the outside of the package. ANY RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED! Numbers are valid for 30 days. All Products must be in the original shipping container, in new and unused condition, with all labels, instructions, your original receipt, etc. No returns will be accepted on "Custom" or "Special" Order items. A 15% restocking charge on returned merchandise will be incurred unless exchanged for products of equal or greater value. Shipping charges on all returned merchandise must be prepaid. Credit will not be issued for these charges or previously paid shipping charges. Partial returns of multi-savings or N/C S&H orders may be adjusted to reflect original pricing. Any labor charges incurred during installation, repair or removal of product are not the responsibility of Premier Motoring Accessories, Inc. We recommend you use United Parcel Service when making returns. If you do use U.S. Mail make sure you insure the package. If merchandise is received in damaged condition returned to us by U.S. Mail and not insured, it will be refused and/or returned without credit being issued.
Defective Merchandise:
Most merchandise is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship by the manufacturer. (Manufacturer warranties are on file and are available for your inspection.) Since some manufacturers require merchandise to be returned directly to them, any returns without a return authorization number will be refused.
Damage Claims:
Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Alert: Federal regulations require that any lost or damaged merchandise be reported to the carrier within fourteen (14) days. It is your responsibility to notify the carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform your local carrier. They will come and inspect the damaged merchandise. Be sure to keep the original box and packing material. They will make a report on the damage and take the necessary steps to settle the claim.
